About Nathanael
Nathanael is a Registered Architect licensed in Maryland & Virginia with a Master of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society) and a Bachelor of Science in Business (Entrepreneurship) from East Carolina University. He was named a finalist for the AIA Potomac Valley Emerging Professional Awards Program in 2024.
With experience as a Senior Project Architect at GTM Architects—delivering single-family and townhouse projects in the $1–$10M range—and as a Design Manager with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leading A-E coordination, budgets, and multidisciplinary reviews, Nathanael brings both design sensitivity and rigorous project control to each commission. He served as lead design manager for the Arlington National Cemetery Amphitheatre Renovations, coordinating stakeholders and technical disciplines to align design objectives, regulatory requirements, and cost.
